Joyland Online Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the online competition ("Competition") run by Joyland ("Promoter") via its website https://www.joyland.org.uk/.
1.2 By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Joyland, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
2.2 Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Automated, third-party, bulk, or multiple entries will be disqualified.
3. How to Enter
3.1 The Competition entry period is as stated in the competition announcement.
3.2 To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined on the competition page.
3.3 Entries received after the closing date will not be considered but may be charged.
4. Prizes
4.1 The prize(s) will be as stated in the competition announcement.
4.2 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or alternative will be offered unless the prize is unavailable, in which case a substitute of equal or greater value will be provided.
4.3 Winners will be selected at random using a fair and transparent process.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 The winner(s) will be drawn within 30 days of the competition closing.
5.2 The winner(s) will be notified via email or social media within 5 days of the draw.
5.3 If the winner does not respond within 30 days, Joyland reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
