Plaques will be displayed in and around the Super Snails viewing area. This may include the handrail, beams, posts, or other timber sections surrounding the attraction, making each one part of the fabric of Joyland for visitors to see and enjoy.

Please note that as these plaques are made from real brass and displayed outdoors, the metal will naturally weather over time. This is completely normal and forms part of the character and timeless appearance of the plaque, enhancing its lasting memorial effect*.

Fulfilment times will vary and are not guaranteed. We make all of these plaques ourselves. We cannot engrave emojis; any emojis added will be removed. You don't need to fill every line. We can adjust the spacing if only one or two lines are used. Sentences (Etc) in ALL CAPS may be required to be changed to allow all text to fit.

*The plaques at Joyland are placed near the Super Snails - a world-famous ride. The plaques are there for life. It is unfeasible to ensure that every plaque, of which there are hundreds, is polished indefinitely. 

Great Yarmouth is a seaside town - the sea is metres away, and the air is salty. Flowers cannot be attached to a plaque to commemorate a special day. The Client has the right to polish their plaque at their own risk and without hindering other customers. Joyland is not responsible for cleaning or maintaining plaques at any point. Joyland takes no responsibility for damage caused by harsh weather conditions. No person is permitted to remove and/or replace any plaque at any time.

We cannot use any preservatives on them, such as oil, as they are on the handrail, which could stain skin and clothing.
